Swedish PM's Diwali Greetings

When the Prime Minister's greeting was posted on Moderate party's Twitter handle, we made a four-stage strategy to promote the video.

  1. Reposting & Sharing: Spreading PM's message and the post made by the Moderates on X.

  2. Downloading & Spreading: Video downloaded and shared across NCID's social media pages and apps.

  3. Network Effect: Using NCID's network across Sweden, Indian and RoW further amplified the message.

  4. Taking Part: Encouraged the Indian diaspora in Sweden to send a recorded return greetings to the Prime Minister.

I. Reposting & Sharing

The first step was to like, comment and repost the tweet by the Moderates

NCID's Twitter account liked the post made by the Moderates. Liking a post doesn't add to a measurable viewer count.

NCID then reposted the Moderates' post. Any views from NCID's page adds to the viewer count to the Moderates page - we don't have access to that data.

This was the first post on our page with a comment. The post got 486 views and 6 likes.

II. Downloading & Spreading

The second step was to download the video for ease of sharing and spreading it across various social media platforms.

7,000 views and 186 likes after the video was uploaded on NCID's Twitter page.

556 plays on NCID's Facebook page.

The video and the links were shared on numerous WhatsApp and other messaging groups. Image is an example of one such group. Total viewers is not measurable.

As the videos were shared across various platforms and personal pages of people, the actual number of viewers were not measurable. We have measured the viewers of a few videos we posted on our platform.
